I would probably take Crushing Blow instead of Power Attack. The Deep Wound it inflicts is a lot more powerfull that it seems.

WAYYYYYYYY too much healing for PvE...even solo. Purge Condidtions would be a better fit than Mend Ailment and take everything from Strength and put it in Tactics and Hammer to max Hammer and beef up Healing Sig. If you are going to play Hammer, you need a Hammer Elite for sure...they are too powerful to ignore. Bonetti's Defense or Balthazar's Spirit or a Zealous Haft if energy is a problem. If you are wanting to tank, you need some armor boosts or evasion stances.

Warriors Endurance actually works fairly well with a bunch of energy attacks, on a hammer warrior. In the same way that a bunny thumper can be big pressure spamming hammer energy attacks with expertise, as can a hammer Warrior with Warriors Endurance.
It is a bit gimped in PvP, where you can't use another stance at the same time, but I can see it working well in PvE.

Oh yeah this build is failure at PvP.
Warriors Endurance is the mainstay of this build as it is a stance, increasing damage due to Thorgalls plus the hammer attacks. All three hammer elite skills are adrenaline based.
Ill definitly try the Purge Conditions though and see how well it works in situations.
10 regen from the mending and breeze is usually enough to keep me alive, the healing signet is there for really tight situations.

Oh, I agree...it is a great skill. I use it in some of my farming builds and like it a lot. It's just that if you are playing Hammer your #1 focus is KD's, which he only has one. As an example and thinking along the lines of using Balthazar's Spirit, I like to use Smiting and Hammers. Smiting and Hammer are like cookies and milk. Balthazar's Spirit give Adren and Energy, making the Adren based Hammer Elite's charge quicker. KD's + Crushing Blow + Holy Strike = pain. Even moreso is Symbol of Wrath + Backbreaker + Crushing Blow + Holy Strike. They probably won't survive that combo. It's 261 points of armor ignoring damage - 20% of their max health. In 5 seconds. Plus whatever the hammer hits for in those two blows. Since they are KD'd, they can't run from SoW. They will eat it all.
And remember kids, wear your StoneFists.

I have to remember that, Smiting + Hammer = Ouchies.
Thats a concept definatly worth testing.
I should test Earthshaker and Symbol of Wrath and see if I can mass damage those that swarm me.
The thing with knock downs in PvE is that not all monsters can be knocked down, and if an area is full of them, I'm SOL on that. It is meant to be a build that is ready for all areas. The use of hammer is because of personal preference, and higher damage range, the slower speed is something I'm not concerned with if I can hit 60+ damage constantly.
And I love my Stone Fist Gaunts
